原始的格局，是一個常見的二加一房。
分隔清楚，卻也在無形之中，切碎了生活的流動。
屋主雖然早已傾向拆去其中一間房，
讓空間多一點餘裕，讓日常更自在一些。
只是從未想過，是否有機會，重新定義整體的關係。
於是我們選擇不只是「減法」，
而是一次完整的重組。
打開界線之後，
將原本的二加一房，轉化為一間更寬敞的主臥，
並保留一處純粹的儲藏空間，收納生活的痕跡與未來的變化。
格局的調整，不只是空間的改變，
更是一種生活節奏的轉換。
我們將預算，優先投入在軟裝無法取代的部分——
比例的修正、動線的梳理、光線的引入，
以及那些藏在細節裡，會長久陪伴的基礎。
其餘的，則與屋主一同慢慢挑選。
從家具、燈光到織品，
讓每一個選擇，都成為生活的延伸，而不是裝飾的堆疊。
最終完成的，不只是一個被設計過的空間，
而是一種剛剛好的狀態——
光有了停留的地方，
生活，也自然安放其中。
The original layout followed a typical two-bedroom-plus-one configuration—
clearly defined, yet fragmenting the flow of everyday living.
The homeowner had long considered removing one of the rooms,
seeking a greater sense of openness and ease.
However, the idea of fully reconfiguring the space had never been explored.
Rather than making a partial adjustment,
we approached the project as a complete reorganization.
By dissolving the existing boundaries,
the layout was transformed into a spacious primary bedroom,
accompanied by a dedicated storage room to accommodate the traces and transitions of daily life.
This shift was not merely spatial,
but a recalibration of how life unfolds within the home.
The budget was carefully allocated to elements that cannot be replaced by soft furnishings—
refining proportions, optimizing circulation, and shaping the presence of natural light.
These foundational decisions create a lasting framework for the space.
For the remaining elements, we worked closely with the homeowner,
curating furniture, lighting, and textiles together.
Each selection extends from daily living, rather than serving as mere decoration.
In the end, what emerged is not simply a designed space,
but a state of quiet balance—
where light finds its place to rest,
and life settles naturally within.
